  7. I feel undertones of Cluetrain, social structures (comporate structures), evolution of web 2.0 connection (involvement and engagement). Twitter featuring big here still.

    Shame no one is having a conversation here. The debate could have had quality of connection debate too. Steve touching on this a bit.
